The public returns page refers to both a purchase date and a period after shipment when describing the 60-day deadline. Because that wording is not fully consistent, confirm the controlling start date in your receipt or with support before mailing a return.

How to request a return

1. Contact support with the purchaser name, order email and order number.
2. Obtain and follow the current authorization and packaging instructions.
3. Keep proof of shipment and tracking.
4. Mail the physical return to the address support confirms.

Return costs and timing

The published returns page states that the customer pays return shipping. It states that refund processing takes approximately three to five business days after the return is received; your bank may need additional time to post the credit.
