BuyGoods and the applicable fulfillment provider manage payment confirmation, packing, carrier selection, tracking and delivery. Colestrzen.com does not directly ship orders. The order summary shown before payment is authoritative.

Current package terms

• Six bottles: the public sales page currently states free US shipping.
• Two or three bottles: the public sales page states shipping is additional; confirm the amount at checkout.

Taxes, eligible locations and package availability may change.

Processing and delivery

Processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Inventory, weekends, holidays, carrier disruptions, weather, incorrect addresses and customs can affect arrival. Use the estimate shown in checkout or in the order confirmation.

Tracking and address changes

Tracking, when available, is generally sent to the email used at checkout. Check spam and promotions folders. Contact support promptly if an address is incorrect; changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins.
