Shipping Policy

This affiliate information website does not sell, ship or fulfill ColestZen orders. BuyGoods and its fulfillment partners control processing, carrier selection, tracking and delivery. The terms shown at secure checkout are authoritative.

Shipping costs

The current six-bottle package includes free US shipping. Shipping is added at checkout for the two- and three-bottle packages. Costs and eligible destinations can change, so review the order summary before payment.

Processing and delivery

Orders are generally prepared after payment confirmation. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by inventory, holidays, weather, carrier delays, address problems or customs.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is normally sent to the email address used at checkout. Check spam or promotions folders if you do not see the message.

Order support

For an address change, delayed order, damaged package or other shipping question, use the retailer contact details on your confirmation email or receipt.
